Return Policy

Palm Beach Autographs offers the highest quality sports memorabilia in today’s market. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt. You can return your item(s) for a partial refund within 15 days of purchase, items being returned with incur a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition with the Certificate of Authenticity. If the item received is damaged in transit or does not meet the description provided, exchanges or full refunds will be issued.

Shipping/Processing

Most of our items ship within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. However, we do not guarantee shipment dates for deluxe framing and customized item due to the varying processing times. If an order is expected to take longer than our customary processing window, our shipping manager will contact you with a projected shipping date. Please notify us if you have a desired delivery date and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost/Missing Orders

If you did not receive an item or believe it has been lost during transit, you must contact us within 5 days after the estimated delivery date. We will launch an investigation and may provide a replacement, refund or credit, if needed. Any requests received after the 5-day period will not be eligible for a refund, replacement or credit.

Authenticity Guarantee

In this business, authenticity is paramount. If your item doesn’t pass authentication by any reputable 3rd party authenticator, we will reimburse you for the authentication fees, refund your money, and pay for return shipping. Fortunately, this has never been an issue for our customers; every single autograph in our inventory is 100% authentic.
